SAP India honours the Best Run Businesses that are setting global benchmarks in excellence at SAP ACE 2007.

SHV Energy - India implemented SAP with a big bang approach in 25 locations at one go in a 6 months time frame covering 7 modules.

After implementation of SAP, numerous internal benefits have accrued for SHV Energy, some of them being better employee productivity, better cost management, standard business processes, on-line integrated data and faster decision making. SHV Energy India’s aim is to achieve higher customer satisfaction through “Business Process Innovation” using SAP.

The SAP ACE awards 2007 received enthusiastic nominations from a large number of organizations – large, medium and small. The evaluation process comprised of four stages including scrutiny of the nomination form, short listing via interviews, onsite review and final assessment after a detailed panel discussion by a distinguished jury.

SHV ENERGY India won the SAP ACE 2007 award in Best Oil & Gas Sector Implementation - Midsize Enterprises.

The awards ceremony was held on 27th August, 2007 in New Delhi and the award was given away by Henning Kagermann, CEO, SAP AG and Ranjan Das, President and CEO, SAP Indian Sub Continent.
