Ensuring maximum safety and efficiency
That is why we have numerous checks and measures lined up
At SUPERGAS, safety is our topmost priority. In order to check potential leakage points, LPG cylinders are tested in hydro-static testing unit. If there is any liquid coming out from the gaps on the welding joints or if the sheet material has any defects, the cylinder is immediately identified and separated. We believe it’s important to keep on upgrading our products, our infrastructure and ourselves, too, in order to cater to the ever-growing needs of the market.
Hydro testing or hydro static test is a statutory test for newly manufactured cylinders. All cylinders are subjected to hydrostatic test to check for any leaks. This process is carried out at test pressure conditions and the pressure is applied for 30 seconds to check any pressure drop or leaks from body and weld joints.
LPG is a flammable gas. Hydro static test is essential to avoid any leakages from a filled cylinder which can cause unwanted and hazardous situations. Hydro testing ensures maximum safety and quality of the cylinders for both LPG workers and end users/customers.Fill the below form to get in touch with our representative
