The SUPERGAS Hackathon 2026 has concluded with resounding success, marking a significant milestone in our journey toward excellence.
Designed to transform raw concepts into scalable business solutions, the Hackathon was structured across three distinct phases: Ideate, Build, and Scale.
Phase 1: Ideate
Over 25% of SUPERGAS employees from 10 departments came forward with 336 ideas anchored to 5 strategic pillars of innovation: Health & Safety, Customer Experience (CX), Process Optimization, New Product/Service Development, Innovative Offerings.
After a rigorous evaluation process, our panel of expert jury members shortlisted the top six incredible ideas to advance to the next stage.
Phase 2: Build
On March 18 and 19, we partnered with T-Hub for an intense build phase.

To keep the momentum high and the wider organization engaged, the event featured interactive quizzes, live leaderboards, and exciting rewards.
Employees from across the company came together to cheer on the participants, creating an electrifying and supportive atmosphere.
Phase 3: Scale
Following the live demos, three winning ideas were selected to enter the Scale Phase.
Congratulations to all the winning teams, and a heartfelt thank you to every employee who contributed an idea, supported a teammate, or cheered from the sidelines.
As a core strategic priority, these projects are now being refined, piloted, and deployed organization wide reinforcing our values of Safety, Customer Experience, and Innovation.
