Galvanizing Application
Conversion from FO to LPG - substantial benefits guaranteed
THE ESTEEMED CUSTOMER
Our customer is a leading name in the manufacturing and supplying of a comprehensive range of electroforged gratings, earthing materials, guard rails, gratings, galvanized metal grating, wire trays, cable trays, perforated cable trays, transmission towers, substation structures and guard rails. Serving the engineering sector since 1969, they also offer galvanizing and fabrication services to our valued clients.
The challenges faced by the customer pre-conversion to LPG:
SUPERGAS’s approach:
Initially, the customer’s Galvanizing Furnace was mainly running on FO with monthly consumption of 20 KL. We have approached the customer for conversion for the last two years, but the customer has decided not to convert due to cost factors. After the regular breakdown of the furnace and loss of production along with an increase in production capacity, the customer decided to go for an LPG-fired furnace, placed an order for the new furnace, and scraped the existing furnace.
Solution offered:
We suggested LPG’s tangible and intangible benefits over FO and offered 4X450 Maxima installation to take care of their consumption. The customer was impressed by the approach of SUPERGAS, technical knowledge, dedicated team for technical as well as customer service and SUPERGAS’s Products and Services. Our offer covered all the challenges they were facing, i.e., fewer cylinders to handle, direct supply and no dealer/franchisee involved and placement of orders through IVRS.
