Based on space availability and consumption needs, we offer the following options
1. 33Kg and 450Kg Cylinder Manifold Installation, appropriate for usage of 100 metric tons per month or less.
2. Bulk Installation, suitable for consumption exceeding 100 metric tons per month.
We determine the maximum gas consumption rate (peak demand) and divide it by a single cylinder's off-take rate to decide on the required number of cylinders. We also consider additional factors like installation space, and relevant safety standards for precise sizing and safe installation.

No, installing the LPG manifold underground or on the rooftop is not advisable as it violates safety guidelines and poses significant risks. In emergencies, immediate evacuation of cylinders would become difficult, compromising safety and emergency response effectiveness.
Yes, the same manifold can be used. However, before proceeding, our technical team will conduct a safety inspection and provide approval.
Maxima cylinders are equivalent to 14 units of 33kg cylinders. They offer advantages such as reduced space usage, fewer joints, ease of handling, and enhanced safety. Additionally, they can fulfill up to 60 metric tons of a customer's monthly LPG requirements.
The pressure outcome for LOT & Maxima is approximately 6.5-7 Kg/cm2 and 2kg/cm2 for VOT. The pressure is later reduced using pressure regulating systems based on the application.
A PESO license is not needed if your LPG manifold system is installed by certified vendors and if you are storing unconnected LPG cylinders totaling less than 100Kg.

We offer two varieties of vaporizers: 1. Electrical vaporizer and 2. Heaterless vaporizer. The electrical vaporizer uses electricity to produce heat for converting liquid into vapor. In contrast, the heaterless vaporizer operates on the principles of thermodynamics for the vaporization process.
Heater less Vaporizer (HLV) is the energy saving equipment which works on the principle of thermodynamics. It is the efficient and safer replacement of the conventional Electrical vaporizer. Continuous Gas Monitoring System (CGMS) plus is a gas detection system with multiple gas sensors which monitors the concentration of LPG in the atmosphere and gives warning much before the explosive limit. Simultaneously using the inbuilt modem warning SMS will be sent to 10 registered mobile numbers.
A good LPG combustion system always optimizes the consumption of fuel. Liquid trap ensures separation of heavy components from LPG vapours, improves quality of combustion and safety of installation. Heavy hydrocarbons accumulate at the bottom of the liquid trap which is periodically drained out. Liquid trap ensures clean, uninterrupted and efficient combustion even during winter.
The Electronic Auto Changeover Device (EACD) simplifies fuel management in industries by automating fuel orders, reducing the need for manual work. SUPERGAS has enhanced EACD+ sends SMS and email alerts for low upstream pressure and automatically generates orders based on bank status.
