MAXIMA CYLINDERS, for maximum effectual industrial utilisation!

SUPERGAS Maxima Cylinder

SUPERGAS constantly tries to innovate and provide efficient energy solutions through LPG and its uninterrupted supply. And our special Maxima installation is of prominence amongst these solutions. This supply system allows direct offtake of liquid LPG from specially designed cylinders.

Here are the extra-ordinary features of our Maxima Cylinder:

1) 450 kg LPG capacity

2) PESO approved

3) Conforms to European Nation Standard 13445

4) Made from special grade high tensile & yield strength steel

5) In-built Rochester Gauge to measure the LPG content (5%-95%)

6) Protective Hood designed to protect the cylinder fittings from corrosion

7) Fewer joints ensuring more increased safety

8) Specially designed combo valve with internal check valves and isolation valves

9) Safety Relief Valve which releases excess pressure

10) The actuator providing safety at the Combo valve liquid outlet

11) Excess Flow Check Valve to restrict flow in the unlikely case of pipeline failure

12) Quick-release coupling for easy connection- disconnection and double safety.

The key benefits of upgrading to the Maxima are:
·          - Savings in energy cost
·         -  60% savings in an area over conventional LPG Installations
·          - Ease of Handling (14 cylinders = 1 Maxima)
·          - Enhanced Safety Features
·          - Designed for large energy requirement

Experience SUPERGAS Safety advantage with the Coupling & De-Coupling of Maxima by our crew:

SUPERGAS has taken a step further to enhance more safety and provide comfort to our customers. From Feb 1st, 2021, SUPERGAS transport crew (Truck Drivers) started replacing the maxima cylinders, i.e., loading, unloading, (coupling, and de-coupling) of maxima cylinder activities (replacing empty) refill with the new ones at cylinder installations.

5 step Coupling & De-coupling Process:

1. Bleeder Valve Opening

2. Safety Cap Opening

3. Engaging QRC’s

4. Leakage Check

5. Safe handling of Cylinders

1. Ensuring safety at customer place as trained people take care of this activity.

2. If any discrepancies/problems are noticed while changing the cylinder, our team will immediately check and rectify the same by taking the necessary actions.

3. Check for leakages during the cylinder exchange. Call us at 9121177930 or send your queries to Be rest assured that our experts will address your fuel requirements at the earliest!
