The first two days of the week were dedicated to analysis, where operational staff from all over India came together to discuss incidents, perform root cause analysis to identify their causes and identify common themes.
Subsequently, the management team held a transport contractors safety meeting, where all the transport companies working for Supergas India came together for a full-day meeting to discuss transport safety. The participants focused on identifying corrective actions based on the identified root cause of incidents.
